As Australia looks to ban recreational vaping and the UK cracks down on vaping products targeted at younger people, what are the medical impacts of the habit?

A doctor at the Imperial College London talks though the potential risks vaping could cause for younger people.

He also gives his thoughts on the UK government's crackdown to stop some marketing of vapes and a loophole which allows retailers to give free vape samples to under-18s.
